The ideal candidate possesses the expertise to structure complex deals, maximize profitability, secure lender approvals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a senior-level role for a proven F&I professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. We are looking for an individual who takes full ownership of every transaction and consistently produces strong results while maintaining uncompromising compliance standards. If you are competitive, disciplined, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the automotive finance process comprehensively, from turnover through funding. Strategically structure deals to optimize approvals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Confidently present and sell F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans. Analyze credit applications to identify and secure the strongest available financing solutions. Negotiate effectively with lenders to obtain competitive terms and favorable approvals. Collaborate with the sales management team to streamline deal closures and overcome objections. Prepare accurate contracts, disclosures, title documentation, and funding packages. Ensure all transactions adhere to dealership policies, lender requirements, and federal/state regulations. Maintain audit-ready deal files and monitor contracts in transit to ensure timely funding.
