Responsibilities:

Candidates must be able to assist with accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting while serving as a backup for payroll processing. The ideal candidate brings legal industry experience, accounting expertise, and deep proficiency in Aderant Expert. What you'll bring to the table: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, preferably within a mid-sized or large law firm. 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, with progressively increasing responsibility. Proficiency in Aderant Expert. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Candidates must have experience including:

Supporting payroll operations and acting as a payroll backup. Knowledge of GAAP and law firm accounting practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
