Seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations.

Salary:
$95,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager will oversee all core accounting functions including financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cash flow management, supporting a stable but growing business environment across a few simple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead accounting operations including monthly close and consolidated reporting Maintain internal systems and refine reporting structures and chart of accounts Handle AP, AR, GL, payroll review, job costing, and bank reconciliations Manage intercompany transactions and produce accurate financial statements Coordinate with external partners on tax filings, audits, and compliance Strengthen financial procedures and ensure adherence to GAAP Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning efforts Deliver insights to leadership to guide decisions and vendor negotiations Mentor accounting staff and manage relationships with banks and insurers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred 7-12 years of progressive experience, including 3+ years in an Accounting Manager or Controller-level role Strong knowledge of financial consolidations and internal controls Hands-on experience with ERP systems (non-QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills Background in construction, distribution, service, or manufacturing environments preferred Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in daily accounting operations If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
