Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring robust financial health. Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet management, and cost control measures. Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and develop comprehensive financial projection models to support business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards). Conduct risk analysis and manage risk mitigation strategies related to financial operations and investments. Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, interpret complex data analytics tools, and communicate insights effectively to executive leadership. Supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Skills Extensive experience in accounting systems, including general ledger accounting, bookkeeping, and account analysis.
