Job Description
Job Description The Mortgage Loan Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the mortgage origination team, including Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Loan Processors, while driving mortgage production and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role oversees sales performance, pipeline management, regulatory and investor compliance, staff coaching and development, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will foster referral relationships, support business growth, improve processes, ensure quality and compliance standards, and serve as a hands-on leader who contributes to mortgage and home equity loan production while helping members achieve their financial goals. Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage production experience, with focus on sales, sales management, business development, marketing, member service, and compliance. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or management experience. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines, as well as credit union lending policies, procedures, and regulations. Must possess a thorough understanding of the requirements and features of the mortgage loan programs offered by by our client, other private investors, and the secondary mortgage market.
