We're growing — and we're looking for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager who knows how to turn a great vehicle purchase into a confident, well-protected ownership experience. What You'll Do This role is all about guiding, protecting, and delivering . You'll work directly with customers at a crucial point in their buying journey — helping them understand financial options, safeguarding their investment, and ensuring every deal is buttoned up the right way. Review and analyze customer credit applications Present financing solutions tailored to each customer's needs Educate customers on protection products such as service contracts, GAP, and ancillary programs Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed with integrity Build and maintain strong lender relationships Consistently hit performance goals for F&I income, product penetration, and CSI Who You Are An experienced Automotive F&I Manager with a proven history of strong performance Customer-focused, confident, and professional in every interaction Detail-oriented and comfortable in structured, process-driven environments Self-motivated, high-energy, and accountable for results A team player who leads by example and contributes to a positive dealership culture What Matters Most Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Ethical deal structure and compliance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Why Join Us You'll be part of a dealership that values results, professionalism, and long-term success — not just closing deals, but doing them the right way. #AV4
