full-time Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their Accounting Department. This position will play a key role in managing financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, audit support, general ledger accounting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting operations. The role supports a diversified organization involved in real estate development and related business operations. What You'll Do Manage and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare and review financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with

U.S. GAAP.

Coordinate audit preparation and serve as a key contact during external audits. Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and internal control compliance activities. Review intercompany transactions, allocations, and reconciliations. Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Partner with HR and other departments on payroll, benefits, and financial reconciliations as needed. Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting procedures and controls. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to accounting staff. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience . Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, auditing, and

Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment Preferred Qualifications CPA designation or CPA candidate. Public accounting experience. Experience in real estate development, construction, property management, or related industries. Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
