You'll own core bookkeeping — accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, job costing, and compliance — while also scheduling field electricians, coordinating permits and inspections, and supporting day-to-day office operations. It's a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across accounting, operations, and field teams. What You'll Do Lead the full spectrum of account functions, including general ledge management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and WIP accounting Prepare tax and financial documents, support monthly financial close, and ensure regulatory compliance Schedule field electricians and maintain a two-week look-ahead for job readiness Coordinate permits, inspections, and change orders with Project Managers/Estimators Oversee inventory returns, vendor COIs, and licensing/bonding renewals Identify and help implement process, automation, and efficiency improvements Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients and contractors What We're Looking For 1+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience with solid grasp of accounting principles 1+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel High accuracy and attention to detail, with strong prioritization skills Comfortable coordinating across accounting, operations, and field team Join us in a role that offers the opportunity to shape our organization's financial foundation while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to excellence!
