Gregg Young Indianola is searching for an experienced Finance Manager to join our TEAM at our Buick GMC dealership. Starting with our first dealership over 26 years ago and expanding to 12 dealerships spread throughout NE, IA, and WI, we aim to continue growing our business while simultaneously growing our people and their career paths all while holding true to our 4

previous experience as an Finance Manger at a franchised automotive dealership required mid-level management position requiring an excellent work ethic & great communication skills navigating through the 4 main functions: Sales, Administration, Lender, and Leadership paving a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve provide a world-class customer experience securing financing & selling protection products that generate retention & create a positive ownership experience for our customers building & maintaining relationships with the sales consultants, office personnel, fixed operations depts., lenders, vendors, manufacturer representatives & most importantly the customers friendly competition & inter-group rivalry drive our culture, camaraderie, and performance Initiative. Self-Motivation. Positive Attitude & Outlook. Immense inner desire to be great!Finance Manager Employment Package:
Hours & Compensation $120,000- $150,000
- projected annual gross income range Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday off, Wednesday 12pm-7pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday and Saturday 8am-6pm (example schedule) estimated 50 hour work week / Monday
