A well-established, family-owned automotive dealership group with a long history of success is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing team at a high-volume import dealership in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This role is responsible for reviewing credit applications, securing financing, presenting protection products, and preparing delivery documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and lender requirements. Responsibilities Follow and enforce dealership policies and procedures. Structure and submit deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines. Review, verify, and process customer credit applications. Obtain financing approvals and promptly address lender stipulations. Present financing and protection product options to customers. Maintain compliance with all federal and state finance regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Communicate and collaborate effectively with sales, accounting, and management teams. Accurately book and fund deals. Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle purchase process. Ensure all transactions are conducted with honesty, accuracy, and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager. Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction performance. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Working knowledge of automotive finance regulations, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
