Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis. Develop and maintain robust financial projection models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. Manage treasury functions such as cash management, risk analysis, investment oversight, and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Supervise the finance team's daily operations, providing leadership in financial report writing, data analytics tools utilization, and industry-specific financial regulations knowledge. Conduct risk assessments related to financial operations and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development efforts, cost control measures, and industry-specific financial concepts to optimize profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship roles with a strong background in accounting systems and software. Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific financial regulations. Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and regulatory compliance management. Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and developing complex financial models using Excel data analysis tools. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams; excellent strategic management skills. Proficiency in technical accounting practices such as accrual accounting, revenue management (ASC 606), and general ledger reconciliation. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports accurately and communicate insights effectively. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
