full-time This is a direct hire role and hybrid 3x a week to Lake Forest.
Purpose:
We're hiring a Manager, IT Finance Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, with a focus on Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) and Finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle EPM strategy, delivery, and support Drive Finance systems projects from design through deployment Implement AI-driven capabilities for forecasting, reporting, and planning Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems Support Finance initiatives within our
SAP S/4HANA
transformation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience Manufacturing or CPG industry experience preferred
SAP S/4HANA FICO
experience is a plus
