Job Description The primary objective of this position is to provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to Global Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Shared service organizations. This includes accurate rollups and financial advisory support for Actuals, Plan, Latest Best Estimates (LBE's) and LRP. Responsibilities Scope includes $700MM+ of operating expense budgets and ~800+ headcount. Provide financial insights, direction, and advice to VPs, BMO (Business mgmt. office) for Plan and LRP. Partner with BMO and VPs in delivering monthly and quarterly LBEs. Support M&A financial reporting and LBE as well as financial integration related activities. Support activities related to month end close include Open PO Accrual; Inter Company Billing, project recovery, Flash to BTSLT and Corp. and headcount. Provide/Review monthly reporting pkg. with financial trends and actions needed with VPs. Collaborate with capital finance manager and BMO in support for IT projects submission for plan and LRP. Review RCEs. Quarterly Balance sheet forecast and actual balance review for Corporate. Includes prepaids, Fixed Asset, CIP and asset Write Offs. Facilitate audit. Ensure compliance with CFM and financial controls are in place. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8-10 years minimum experience required. SAP or SAP BPC experience required. Prior supervisory and FP&A experience required. 8-10 years minimum experience required. Ability to present data at high level. Strong communications skills. Deals well with ambiguity and risk while driving for results. Collaborates with multiple cross functional stakeholders while driving for desired output set by LT.
