Finance Manager

Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and other relevant accounting standards such as ASC 606. Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis. Manage regulatory reporting obligations for governmental agencies and ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support long-term growth initiatives. Supervise treasury management activities including investment management, liquidity planning, and cost control measures. Provide leadership in financial report writing and interpretation to inform executive decision-making on profit & loss performance, revenue management, and cost management strategies. Implement effective internal controls for compliance management and risk mitigation across all financial operations. Utilize advanced financial software tools for accurate account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. Proven experience in corporate finance or public accounting with a strong foundation in financial concepts such as ASC 606, IFRS, IAS, GAAP, and accrual accounting. Demonstrated expertise in governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and treasury management. Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex financial processes while fostering collaboration. Proficiency in financial software systems coupled with technical accounting skills for accurate bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation. Effective communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and interpreting complex data for diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.
