  • Americas (Finance) Boston MA | Hybrid $135-150k base + bonus KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization that is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations
  • Americas to support its commercial sales organization.
This is a highly cross-functional role focused on improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of sales operations across the Americas. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical and commercial operations experience, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry . This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations while owning key processes across forecasting, reporting, CRM data, sales enablement, and order-to-cash support.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain sales performance dashboards, pipeline reporting, forecasting models, and executive-level commercial analytics Partner with Sales leadership and Finance on forecasting, quota planning, territory alignment, sales compensation inputs, pricing analysis, and revenue performance Monitor and analyze key commercial metrics, including bookings, revenue, pipeline conversion, win rates, average selling price, backlog, quote turnaround time, and CRM adoption Support order-to-cash processes, including reviewing orders for completeness and coordinating issue resolution across Customer Service, Finance, and Operations Assist with customer quotations, proposals, RFP responses, contract documentation, and other sales support materials Maintain CRM data integrity and identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and commercial visibility Support sales onboarding, training, process communication, and field sales enablement across territories Develop actionable insights from commercial data to support sales strategy and decision-making Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives Ensure sales operations processes align with company policies, quality standards, and applicable medical device compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Sales Analytics Experience within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated B2B environment Strong CRM experience; Salesforce preferred Advanced Excel and analytical skills Experience with Power BI, Copilot, and other AI-enabled solutions Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, pricing support, and sales performance reporting Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional partnership skills Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment If you are interested in in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at for immediate consideration.
