Revenue Manager BJ's Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Revenue Manager to oversee company revenue tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. This position is part of the Senior Leadership Team, reports directly to the Controller, works closely with department heads, and regularly presents financial updates and recommendations to ownership. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Track revenue, expenses, profitability, and departmental performance. Monitor actual results against budgets and identify significant variances. Meet regularly with department heads to review financial performance, staffing, production, and revenue goals. Create clear financial reports and provide regular updates to the Controller, senior leadership, and ownership. Assist department leaders with budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Monitor sales goals, contract revenue, billing progress, and outstanding receivables. Identify opportunities to improve revenue, job profitability, and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end reporting. Help develop companywide financial goals, performance metrics, and accountability systems. Qualifications Experience in financial management, budgeting, accounting, revenue analysis, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to explain financial information clearly to department managers and ownership. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information. Experience with accounting, budgeting, and business-management software. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in landscaping, construction, or another field-based business is a plus. Candidates with direct landscape industry experience is a major plus. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
