2996439567-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFI) seeks a General Manager to lead our Financial Services operations within the Executive, Management & Leadership team. The General Manager will oversee branch performance, drive growth in personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role owns P&L, sets strategic plans, and optimizes processes to enhance customer stability and growth. You will lead and mentor a diverse team, champion an inclusive culture, strengthen community relationships, and collaborate with senior executives on long term business initiatives and market expansion. Responsibilities Own and manage branch or regional P&L, budgets, and financial targets Drive growth in personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products Ensure adherence to financial services regulations and internal compliance standards Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams Optimize operations, processes, and customer experience across locations Analyze market trends and performance data to guide decision-making Collaborate with senior executives on long-term financial and operational strategies Build strong relationships with customers and community partners Promote CCFI's culture of teamwork, employee growth, and community engagement Required Skills Financial analysis P&L management Budgeting and forecasting Strategic planning Regulatory and compliance knowledge (financial services) Credit risk assessment Portfolio management Data analysis and reporting (Excel/BI tools) Operations management Team leadership and performance management
