What You'll Be Doing Lead treasury activities related to investments, liquidity management, wholesale funding, and balance sheet optimization. Manage and provide strategic oversight of the fixed-income investment portfolio, including performance monitoring and risk analysis. Develop recommendations on funding strategies, interest rate risk positioning, liquidity planning, and capital deployment. Present treasury, investment, and balance sheet insights to executive leadership, ALCO, and other governance committees. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and external advisors to support regulatory readiness and policy compliance. Oversee treasury reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. Execute approved investment, funding, and hedging transactions within policy and risk parameters. Support long-term treasury planning and prepare to assume broader Treasurer responsibilities over time. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CTP, or similar designation preferred. 7+ years of progressive treasury, investment management, ALM, capital markets, or balance sheet management experience. Deep understanding of fixed-income securities, liquidity management, interest rate risk, funding strategies, and regulatory requirements. Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic financial decisions. Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities, including strong Excel skills; Bloomberg and ALM systems experience preferred.
