- Long-term growth and advancement opportunities What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will consistently deliver a professional, transparent customer experience while meeting or exceeding the following performance expectations:
- $1,600+ average finance PVR
- Strong vehicle service contract, maintenance, GAP, and ancillary product penetration
- Accurate, compliant, and timely completion of every transaction
- Effective lender management and deal structuring
- Positive collaboration with Sales Managers and the sales team
- High levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism Key Responsibilities
- Present financing, leasing, and protection products using a professional menu-based process.
- Structure deals and secure competitive approvals through the dealership's lender network.
- Maximize finance reserve and product opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Clearly explain contracts, payment options, and protection products to customers.
- Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
- Prepare, review, and process finance documents accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on contracts in transit, funding requirements, and lender stipulations.
- Partner with Sales Management to create an efficient and seamless delivery experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of lender programs, manufacturer incentives, compliance standards, and available products.
- Monitor individual results and take ownership of continued performance improvement. Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership F&I experience required.
- Proven history of strong finance production and product penetration.
- Ability to consistently produce toward or above a $1,600 average PVR expectation.
- Strong menu presentation, communication, and closing skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Thorough understanding of automotive lending and F&I compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack, or similar dealership systems preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish, Hmong, or Arabic is a plus.
