full-time Interim Accounting Manager / Controller We are seeking a hands-on accounting leader with prior Controller experience to support a well-established organization during a key transition. This onsite role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and team leadership. Requirements Prior experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience managing accounting teams and driving month-end/year-end close processes Ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred CPA Experience in multi-entity or complex corporate environments Background in interim, consulting, or transformation engagements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Proven success in a Controller or comparable leadership role Additional Information Immediate start preferred Minimum three-month engagement Onsite presence required approximately four days per week This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Controller who enjoys providing leadership, stability, and operational expertise during periods of organizational change.
