We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to serve as a key advisor to leadership, driving financial performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

$105,000 - $126,000 annually

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business strategy and growth initiatives. Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement. Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations. Create and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies. Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic projects. Lead high-impact financial projects from analysis through implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience. Experience in public accounting, consulting, audit, or advisory roles may be considered in lieu of direct FP&A experience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership. Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking skills. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar are a plus. Banking or financial services experience preferred.
