Job Summary Join our pre-owned automotive dealership as an F&I Manager/Sales Person, where you'll drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth through expert sales and financing solutions. This role combines energetic salesmanship with knowledge to deliver seamless vehicle purchase experiences. You'll be the key liaison for financing, insurance options, and contract negotiations. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle financing, insurance, and extended warranty options. Lead the sales process by upselling additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Manage all aspects of loan processing, including credit analysis, title processing, and transaction structuring to ensure legal adherence. Utilize dealership management software accurately document deals, process contracts, and maintain detailed records of transactions. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all loan applications meet federal and state regulations related to financial services and credit analysis. Skills Proven experience in automotive sales and finance related dealership environment. Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financial software. Solid knowledge of automotive financing procedures. Strong understanding of dealership operations including title processing, contract preparation, and compliance with automotive sales industry standards. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, explaining complex financial concepts clearly and professionally. Basic math proficiency along with 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and transaction processing. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
