Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license for North Carolina (or qualifying eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy approaches

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic language concerns Maintain timely, detailed records for student progress and compliance Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote speech and language development across settings Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for service delivery Travel between two school sites as scheduled This role provides the unique advantage of supporting a manageable caseload, allowing for individualized attention and impactful therapy.
