Job Description
Position Summary Streamline Water Services, LLC is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dependable Office & Finance Manager to oversee the company's daily administrative and financial operations. This leadership position is responsible for managing office functions, supervising administrative staff, overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, coordinating Human Resources activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong accounting knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management Oversee all Accounts Receivable operations, including customer invoicing and collections. Supervise the Accounts Payable process and provide direction to the AP Specialist. Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports. Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports and other required tax filings. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. Coordinate with the company's CPA and outside accounting professionals. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Office Administration Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Develop and improve office procedures and workflows. Maintain company records and documentation. Assist ownership with reporting, budgeting, and special projects. Human Resources Coordinate recruiting and hiring activities. Oversee new employee onboarding and personnel records. Administer employee benefits and maintain HR documentation. Assist with policy implementation and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality. Leadership Supervise and support administrative personnel, including the Accounts Payable Specialist. Delegate work effectively while ensuring accuracy and accountability. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and office processes. Work closely with ownership to support the company's continued growth. Qualifications 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or business operations experience. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience preparing sales tax and quarterly payroll tax filings. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
