Send job Job Details Finance Business Partner Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact beyond the numbers? Reed Finance is partnering with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Business Partner who can influence strategic decisions, drive performance improvements and work closely with senior leaders across the business. In this highly visible role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, connecting finance with operational teams to ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives. You'll provide meaningful insight into revenue, margins, costs and cash flow, while supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning activities. You'll be responsible for: Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders. Providing financial analysis, insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making. Translating business objectives into financial plans, KPIs and measurable targets. Leading monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and performance reviews. Identifying risks, opportunities and trends to improve profitability and efficiency. Supporting investment decisions through business cases, financial modelling and scenario analysis. Enhancing reporting, dashboards and management information to deliver forward-looking insights. Driving process improvements, automation and stronger financial controls. Supporting improvements to ERP systems, data quality and reporting tools This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial acumen and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. About you:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, nearly qualified, or equivalent commercial finance experience. Previous experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems. Knowledge of Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-makers.
