This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee comprehensive financial management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and industry regulations to foster sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Duties Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures. Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial statements, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and relevant regulatory requirements. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, risk management, investment oversight, and banking relationships to optimize fiscal health. Lead the development of financial projection models using advanced data analytics tools to support strategic initiatives and risk assessment. Supervise finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring accurate financial operations and timely reporting. Monitor industry trends in financial markets and regulations to adapt policies proactively and maintain compliance excellence. Drive cost management initiatives by analyzing expenses, identifying efficiencies, and implementing cost control strategies across departments. Support business development efforts through financial analysis of new opportunities, revenue management strategies such as ASC 606 compliance (revenue recognition standards), and profit & loss optimization. Experience Proven experience in finance leadership roles such as Finance Director or Financial Manager with a strong background in accounting systems, financial software, and Excel data analysis. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles including
GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606
standards for revenue recognition, and governmental accounting practices. Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, risk analysis, budget development, forecasting techniques, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of industry-specific financial regulations along with experience managing compliance within complex organizational structures. Skilled in financial statement preparation, account reconciliation processes, cash flow analysis, and general ledger management. Leadership experience managing diverse finance teams while promoting professional growth and operational excellence. Ability to develop comprehensive financial models for projections and scenario analysis that inform strategic decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data into clear insights for executive leadership and stakeholders.
