We are looking for a highly analytical, business-minded Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to help drive financial strategy, operational performance, and data-driven decision making across the organization. Position Summary The Director of FP&A serves as a key business partner to executive leadership, providing financial insights, strategic analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement that support company growth and profitability. This role works directly with the CFO and senior leadership team to deliver actionable financial intelligence, evaluate business opportunities, and lead the organization's financial planning processes. What You'll Do Financial Leadership Lead monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for executive leadership, ownership, and broader organizational stakeholders. Develop clear and insightful analyses of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage company-wide forecasting processes and long-range financial planning activities. Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning initiatives. Strategic Analysis Evaluate potential acquisitions and growth opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence analysis. Develop and maintain pro forma financial statements and business performance models. Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and recommendations to support executive decision making. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and operational performance. Operational Partnership Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that help operational leaders manage business performance. Partner cross-functionally with leaders throughout the organization to drive accountability and informed decision making. Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience leading presentations for executive teams, boards, or investors. Experience supporting private equity-backed organizations.
