This role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies, manages month-end/year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and supports process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, AR/AP aging, accruals, prepaids, commissions, and bank reviews. Lead month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, commentary, and cash flow/liquidity reporting. Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a positive work environment. Partner with operations and supply chain on inventory valuation, standard costing, and physical counts. Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management presentations. Oversee multi-state tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting. Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with HR. Assist with ERP/accounting system upgrades and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing operations. Expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. ERP experience required (NetSuite Preferred)
Pay:
$5.00 - $10.00 per year
