$125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Job description:Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage essential documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience handling financial paperwork, compliance documentation, and preferably a working knowledge of CDK systems (or similar dealership management software).Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all financial paperwork and internal records related to sales, purchases, leases, and contracts. Prepare, review, and file compliance documentation in accordance with federal, state, and industry regulations. Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure financial transactions are accurately processed and recorded. Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes as required. Maintain and monitor financial documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and secure storage. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare reports and financial summaries for upper management as requested. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to financing, credit applications, and legal disclosures. Serve as the primary liaison between the finance department and other business units for documentation-related needs. Utilize CDK (or similar DMS platforms) to manage finance-related data entry, report generation, and workflow processing.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a finance or compliance-related role; automotive or dealership experience a plus. Strong knowledge of financial documentation and compliance standards.Preferred:
Experience using CDK or other dealership management software Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Experience working in regulated industries (automotive, financial services, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
