Job Description
Liberty Jet is a private aviation company looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our finance team. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards) Reconcile customer accounts and company credit cards Assist with weekly payment processing Maintain accurate vendor and customer records Help resolve billing discrepancies and support the finance team Qualifications 1-3 years of office, AP/AR, finance, banking, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software is a plus Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally What We Offer $55,000-$63,000 based on experience Health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Stable, growing company with opportunities to learn and advance
