Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Assistant Accounting Office Manager to support the daily financial operations of our dealership. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination to ensure the accounting department runs efficiently and supports overall dealership profitability.
Responsibilities:
Regulatory compliance — Ensure adherence to financial regulations and dealership policies Accounts management — Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely posting, reconciliation, and collections Cross-department collaboration — Work with department leaders to align financial strategies with dealership goals Team support — Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to accounting staff Record accuracy — Maintain precise financial records and uphold data integrity across all systems
Requirements:
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in a dealership accounting office, including CDK proficiency Background in automotive accounting required.
