Due to growth, we are seeking a dedicated leader of our Finance and Accounting team. You will leverage your extensive property management accounting experience to oversee daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making and help sustain our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Collaborate with property managers and leadership to optimize financial performance Oversee tenant billing, rent collections, and expense tracking Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial audits as needed Implement and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy

Skills and Qualifications:
