Automotive Dealership Accounting Manager - Centralized Accounting Operations Join a growing automotive organization where your leadership, expertise, and strategic insight will directly influence long-term success. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Accounting Manager to be an integral part of our centralized accounting operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven accounting professional with dealership experience who thrives on accountability, process improvement, and developing high-performing teams. If you're a detail-oriented financial leader with strong dealership accounting knowledge and a passion for operational excellence, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do You will be responsible for the overall financial management and accounting operations of the dealership group while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead all dealership accounting functions, including: General Ledger Bank Reconciliations Financial Reporting Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with manufacturer reporting requirements, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures to protect company assets. Monitor and analyze financial performance, profitability, and key operating metrics. Partner with General Managers and department leaders to provide financial guidance and support business decisions. Oversee deal processing, schedules, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance reporting accuracy. Assist executive leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 5+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
