Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project. Minimum of 5 years experience in information systems, with at least 3 years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial systems, and enterprise systems. Strong skills in personnel management, project management, and technology management, with a background in information systems projects. Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills. Experience in managing large and small system projects from selection to implementation. Familiarity with system acquisition, design, development, and maintenance processes. Knowledge of process re-design and re-engineering methodologies.
Hours and Compensation:
Full-time position with 50% onsite requirement.
Salary range:
$95,000-$125,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to implementation. Supervise daily operations of various non-clinical departmental system teams. Create work schedules, monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and educate staff. Manage day-to-day activities of teams, ensuring integration of system configuration. Prepare status reports and ensure completion as per project plan. Assess risk impact and maintain high quality deliverables. Address and resolve project issues, escalating when needed. Provide Epic experience and training to team members. Attend meetings, keep updated on technology trends, and ensure quality service to clients. Collaborate with teams to enhance project management services and improve processes.
