Job Description

Description Your Role:
The Manager, Travel Retail (International Finance) will serve as a key financial partner to the International Travel Retail business, providing financial leadership, analysis, and decision support across a global wholesale business. This role leads financial planning and forecasting, P&L management, business performance analysis, and financial support for strategic initiatives and new business development. The Manager will partner closely with Travel Retail leadership and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Planning, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate to drive financial performance and support business decisions.
Your Impact:
Lead the Travel Retail annual budget, forecasting, and Long Range Planning processes. Own P&L management and financial performance analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and trends. Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and business reviews, developing executive-level insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Provide financial leadership for new business development and strategic initiatives, including financial modeling, location profitability, investment analysis, and business case evaluation. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Planning, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Analyze partner, location, market, and regional profitability to identify opportunities to improve sales, margin, and overall financial performance. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and visibility into business performance.
