full-time Cost Analyst Brook Park, OH - 100% on-site $90-110k plus 10% bonus Position Overview We are seeking a Cost Accountant / Analyst to support the financial performance and operational decision-making of our manufacturing plant. This role will partner with the Plant Manager and operations team to analyze costs, improve productivity, manage inventory, and provide financial insight to support business decisions. This is a great opportunity for either a developing accounting/finance professional looking to grow or an experienced manufacturing finance professional who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Perform cost accounting and manufacturing financial analysis, including cost, productivity, labor, overhead, and variance analysis. Support Bill of Materials (BOM), standard costing, inventory management, and cycle count activities. Partner with the Plant Manager and operations team to identify cost savings and productivity improvement opportunities. Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Utilize ERP systems and financial data to support reporting and analysis. Support the transition from JDE to SAP and help ensure accurate financial and operational data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analysis. Understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory, BOMs, and cost structures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills. ERP experience required; SAP is a plus Strong communication and business partnering skills.
