System One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. It is a dynamic and diverse company with good benefits.

Responsibilities:

Handle the day-to-day accounting functions for a growing 40-person organization Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements, coordinating with corporate as appropriate. Perform profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions Monitor and analyze cash flow to optimize financial performance and liquidity Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls Will be involved with ERP system implementation/upgrade as corporate rolls out new system Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and business recommendations Assume oversight of Human Resources functions as the role evolves Support company growth initiatives, including occasional international travel Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus Progressive accounting and financial management experience Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Strong ERP systems experience; implementation or upgrade experience highly preferred Experience performing profitability analysis and cash flow management Strong reconciliation and financial close process experience Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization Ability to work in an on-site, diverse environment that allows for professional flexibility. Bring a positive attitude, initiative and a strong work ethic Willingness to travel internationally on occasion

Salary:
