Automotive Finance Manager — Experienced Applicants Only Gladstone Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. This position is intended for a proven automotive professional who understands how to maximize profitability while delivering a transparent, efficient, and customer-focused experience. Previous automotive dealership finance experience is required. Applicants without dealership F&I experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Present finance, lease, warranty, and protection options clearly and professionally Secure competitive financing through established lender relationships Structure deals while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are complete and accurate Maintain full compliance with dealership policies and all state and federal regulations Submit contracts promptly and resolve funding issues quickly Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure smooth deliveries Protect customer information and follow all required privacy and compliance procedures Maintain strong product penetration, per-copy averages, and funding performance Provide every customer with an efficient, transparent, and professional experience Qualifications Proven automotive dealership F&I experience is required Strong working knowledge of indirect lending, leasing, warranties, and protection products Demonstrated ability to produce strong results without sacrificing compliance or customer trust Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings What We Offer Competitive, performance-based compensation High-volume dealership opportunity Established lender and product relationships Medical, dental, and other available benefits Paid time off Employee vehicle-purchase benefits Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity for long-term growth within our organization If you are an experienced automotive Finance Manager who values performance, compliance, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
