Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals Commitment to best practices in OT and a passion for supporting student independence

Core Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions directly to students onsite Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students educational goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state standards Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise for student support plans
