Join Lancaster County's Best Places to Work! We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team. This newly created role will establish and build our Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities, providing critical financial insights that support continued profitable growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Manager, FP&A will serve as a trusted business partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This individual will play a key role in driving the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and business decision support while helping develop a best-in-class FP&A function. This position is based in Denver, PA, with occasional travel to our Lancaster-area facilities. Candidates located in the Lancaster County area strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation of the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections. Collaborate with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to incorporate operational inputs into financial forecasts and budgets. Partner closely with the CRO and COO to provide financial analysis, decision support, and strategic recommendations. Develop and maintain gross margin reporting by product and customer. Analyze and track customer rebates and sales commissions. Monitor and report on capital expenditures (CapEx). Analyze and track commodity exposure, including copper pricing (COMEX). Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast. Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Become the organization's Power BI subject matter expert to enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned by the CFO. Honor Direct Wire's core values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required. 7-8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment utilizing a fully integrated ERP system. Minimum of two years of experience preparing or assisting in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Experience working within a fully integrated ERP system and utilizing a general ledger required. Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting concepts, including inventory valuation, bills of material (BOMs), routings, and shop floor transactions. Experience developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts preferred. Experience using business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, preferred. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner with executive leadership. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
