Job Description

Dietary Aide Faithful Living, a welcoming personal care community in Denver, PA, is currently seeking a full-time Dietary Aide/Cook to join our dedicated team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys serving others and working in a supportive team environment. Paid training provided!
Position Overview:
As a Dietary Aide/Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality food service to our residents, their families, staff, and guests. You'll work under the supervision of the Cook or Dietary Coordinator to help create a positive dining experience for everyone in our community.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Demonstrates good personal hygiene and professional appearance Able to follow directions and benefit from supervision Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Set tables and prepare dining areas for meals Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests Assist residents with menu choices as needed Ensure timely delivery of meals, beverages, and condiments Clear and clean tables after meals Operate dishwasher and properly store clean dishes Wash, dry, and store pots, pans, and other kitchenware Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment Take out trash and maintain a clean work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
