Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership for a prominent client portfolio spanning multiple sites in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role blends hands-on financial management with business partnership, supporting operational leaders through clear analysis, disciplined planning, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will help strengthen financial performance, improve visibility into results, and deliver meaningful insights to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead finance contact for a major client engagement, supporting several locations and varied service operations.

Evaluate revenue, expenses, and profitability trends across sites, and turn findings into practical recommendations for business leaders.

Direct the monthly close cycle by overseeing financial accuracy, proper revenue treatment, cost distribution, and adherence to contract terms.

Build and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and longer-range financial plans while highlighting key risks and growth opportunities.

Prepare financial reviews and present performance updates, trends, and recommendations to client representatives and senior stakeholders.

Monitor invoicing, collections, cash position, and overall working capital to support healthy financial operations.

Complete balance sheet analysis and reconciliations to maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.
