This is a newly created leadership role focused on managing a team of 3-5 Business and Data Analysts while partnering closely with operational leaders to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. This person will help prioritize analytical efforts, guide problem-solving approaches, and ensure the team is delivering insights that create measurable business value.
