Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to be part of our finance team and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial operations. Duties Manage the preparation of support for financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations with a focus on manufacturing process - inventory and CoGS Help manage the quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping. Help mentor and develop finance staff. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience in accounting roles with a strong background in a manufacturing related accounting environment. Hands-on experience with financial software like QB or similar. Strong understanding of financial concepts including balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and accrual accounting. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and supporting a large sales function.
