Accounting Manager Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, grant reporting, and payroll processes in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Salary is $75-$90k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The Accounting Manager will prepare and manage monthly reporting for multiple grants The Accounting Manager will process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 30-35 employees through ADP Maintain hands-on general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Support month-end close activities and assist with audit and budget preparation as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Must have hands-on accounting experience with nonprofit or grant-funded organizations Must have experience managing month-end close and financial reporting Experience with ADP payroll or QuickBooks is a plus Salary is $75-$90k, DOE EB-2145278805
