4 weeks of PTO, Competitive health benefits, 401 (k) Match Why This Opportunity Stands Out (Accounting Manager): Step into a key leadership role with a growing, established organization Lead and develop an accounting team while having the opportunity to improve processes and create structure High-visibility position partnering closely with finance leadership and other areas of the organization Opportunity to establish and strengthen SOPs, internal controls, reporting processes, and overall accounting operations Join an organization experiencing continued growth with an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement Work with a company offering hybrid flexibility - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office The company offers an on-site barista, and biweekly catered meals Key Responsibilities (Accounting Manager): Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and balance sheet accounts Review financial statements, investigate variances, and provide meaningful financial analysis to leadership Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members while overseeing workload, priorities, and performance Develop, document, and implement accounting SOPs, policies, and internal controls Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, reduce manual work, and strengthen financial controls Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and other financial planning activities Preferred Qualifications (Accounting Manager): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 10+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of direct people management and team development experience Strong general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit experience Demonstrated experience developing or improving SOPs, internal controls, and accounting processes Experience leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives Experience working within a growing, complex, or multi-location organization preferred CPA or other relevant professional certification is a plus #LI-AB2 EB-6758077317Benefits
