Accounting Manager

Job description Accounting Manager Our client, a growing provider of accounting solutions, is seeking a proactive, client-focused Accounting Manager to lead a team, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial services. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for business clients; review and present financial reports (primarily in QuickBooks Online) Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and identify revenue opportunities Participate in preparation/review of business tax returns; assist with individual tax prep as needed Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred) 8+ years public accounting experience, including business client interaction Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; tax software (Ultra Tax) a plus Strong leadership, client communication, and organizational skills What's Offered Competitive salary + company-paid health, dental, vision (family included) Simple IRA with match Generous PTO/holidays Flexible hybrid schedule (in-office Jan-Apr; hybrid rest of year) Ongoing professional development
