Responsibilities Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is currently seeking to fill the position of Corporate Accounting Manager to join our growing corporate team in Bensalem, PA! HCSG's Accounting department is looking to add a new member to our team in Bensalem, PA. The Corporate Accounting Manager is a hybrid role that reports to the Corporate Controller. You'll be responsible for managing Corporate accounting processes, including stock compensation and equity plan administration, subsidiary accounting, and assisting with quarterly close and SOX compliance procedures for a large public filer. The ideal candidate is diligent, detail-oriented, and a team player with progressive accounting experience. Position Summary Manage month-end accounting processes for stock compensation & equity, deferred compensation, equity investments, and corporate-level accruals, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations and providing explanations for monthly and quarterly account activity. Administer compensation plans, including managing annual stock grant processes, the employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and the deferred compensation plan, including grants, reconciliations, and communications to employees. Lead quarterly and annual technical accounting analyses covering key assumptions, including goodwill, intangible assets, and going concern assessments. Lead day-to-day integration activities and ongoing accounting for the HCSG's investing, M&A activities, and externally managed subsidiaries, including documenting processes and internal controls for the investees. Lead quarterly and annual SOX compliance processes, including initiating regular internal controls assessments, documenting process narrative updates, and reviewing external service provider controls. Assist in preparations of SEC filings, including Section 16 filings and annual and quarterly financial statements. Operate internal controls as assigned, including key monthly and quarterly controls for ongoing SEC filings, and coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required 5+ years of experience in public accounting or within a SEC or financial reporting department CPA license highly preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word EEO Statement Ready to Join Us? Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
