Required Skills:
5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Advanced Excel knowledge (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Array Functions) Strong ERP experience, preferably with Deacom or similar systems Deep understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Ability to collaborate effectively with production and operational teams Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in CPG, cosmetics, or high-SKU manufacturing Exposure to multi-channel distribution SQL or advanced ERP reporting skills CPA or CMA designation
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Over 5 years of relevant cost accounting experience in manufacturing
