We're seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Fund Research & Due Diligence to lead the evaluation, selection, and oversight of investment managers and strategies across our investment platform. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence portfolio construction, guide investment committee decisions, and help shape the investment solutions utilized by advisors, institutions, retirement plans, and public entities nationwide. What You'll Do Lead Investment Due Diligence Oversee the evaluation, selection, approval, monitoring, and termination of investment managers, mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and other investment solutions. Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess investment philosophies, portfolio construction processes, organizational stability, performance, and risk. Identify emerging opportunities and risks across asset classes, investment styles, and market environments. Develop thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations that support portfolio and platform decisions. Influence Strategic Investment Decisions Serve as a key contributor to investment committee discussions and decision-making processes. Present research findings and recommendations to executive leadership, advisors, consultants, and clients. Partner with Portfolio Management, Consulting, Distribution, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to align investment decisions with firm objectives. Help shape the future direction of the firm's investment platform and approved manager lineup. Strengthen Research Excellence Continue advancing the firm's due diligence framework, governance standards, and research methodologies. Establish best practices for manager research, documentation, monitoring, and oversight. Lead relationships with research vendors, databases, and analytical platforms. Ensure investment recommendations meet the highest standards of rigor, consistency, and fiduciary responsibility. Develop Talent and Build Capability Mentor and develop investment professionals. Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Help scale the firm's research capabilities to support future growth and innovation. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in investment research, manager due diligence, asset management, investment consulting, portfolio management, or a related field. Experience presenting investment recommendations to investment committees, fiduciaries, executive leadership, or institutional clients. Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, portfolio construction, performance evaluation, and risk management. Preferred Qualifications CFA designation strongly preferred. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience evaluating managers and strategies across multiple asset classes.
